Description

源自黃州傳統風味菜餚。主廚選用肉質結實、油花豐富的上等黑毛豬,
汆燙後加入蔥、薑、八角、草菓、桂皮,淋上以紅穀米熬煮之湯汁,
拌入砂糖、醬油、紹興酒,以細火慢燜再以小火將醬汁濃縮上桌。
